Scott C. Steward has been American Ancestors’ Editor-in-Chief since 2013. He is the author of several published genealogies, and with John Bradley Arthaud, F.A.S.G., he edited A Thorndike Family History: Descendants of John and Elizabeth (Stratton) Thorndike (2000). His articles have appeared in The New England Historical and Genealogical Register, NEXUS, New England Ancestors, and The Pennsylvania Genealogical Magazine, and he has written book reviews for the Register, The New York Genealogical and Biographical Record, and the National Genealogical Society Quarterly.

Scott is a graduate of Harvard College and the Radcliffe Publishing Program.
